Who You Are / Your Next Challenge
We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a UK Customer Service Representative  to join our UK Customer Service Team, International Payments (Corporate) business unit, based in London.
You will be our customers’ first point of contact, providing expert service for all queries relating to their account and their transactions. You will ensure queries are resolved efficiently and that customers have a positive experience in all interaction with us becoming advocates of Moneycorp.
The ideal candidate will be positive and energetic ensuring all tasks are dealt with in line with team KPIs  They need to be service-led and enjoy being part of a team who collaborates with colleagues across different departments to ensure customer queries are handled efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication is key, and ideally the candidate has prior experience in a telephone based environment.
What we’re looking for / Skills that will help you in the role 
  • Previous Experience in a Customer Service/middle office role would be great, but not a necessity if you’re a quick learner. 
  • Having worked via telephone, email and face to face is desirable but not essential, as our training is supportive and thorough
  • Excellent English, written and verbal is essential
  • Additional languages to a business standard would be fantastic. Notably French, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazilian) or Portuguese
  • You’ll need clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent and empathetic listener
  • Good organisational skills notably prioritisation
  • IT literate, good with word processing, spreadsheet and email packages
  • Excellent attention to detail
This position is full-time, permanent. The role is expected to be office-based in London as part of the UK International Payments team. However, we have an agile flexible working policy which enables you to work up to 2 days from home if desired.
