Job Title:   Junior FP&A Analyst (Full-Time / Permanent) 
Salary:      Commensurate with experience, plus Group Bonus Scheme and Benefits

Who You Are / Your Next Challenge
Moneycorp Finance team are looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to assist with the provision of detailed and accurate financial information across the Moneycorp organisation by monitoring financial performance, reduce financial risk to the business and support with decision making. 
 
 
Working within the FP&A team and closely with the Financial Institutions Group (FIG team), the ideal candidate will provide up-to-date management information including daily revenue reporting, flash forecasts, the medium-term plan, annual budget and regular re-forecasts. Project work will be diverse and include commercial analysis of the group’s operations both in the UK and globally.
 
Key accountabilities in the role include financial planning and reporting, commercial forecasting and analysis, finance business partnering and operational finance. 
 
What we’re looking for / Skills that will help you in the role 
Knowledge and Experience: 
      Highly numerate, willingness to learn quantitative methods used to produce analysis
      Interest in financial services; can appreciate the link between data analytics, finance and commercial value
      Naturally curious mindset with ability to experiment with the range of different software used by the team
      Part-qualified accountant (CIMA) or willingness to undertake accounting qualification - desirable
 
Skills: 
      Basic Excel skills and willingness to develop these further  
      Ability to update concise presentations for Executive and external stakeholder review
      Keen interest in data and how it comes together for commercial and financial analysis 
      Interest in learning data analytics tools like Tableau/Vena/SQL
