Supplementing this, we also support the global supply chain of wholesale banknotes through our Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and partnership with the US Federal Reserve Bank, to build deeper payment relationships with international banking customers.  

It is through obtaining our own banking and payment licenses, the acquisition of two banking platforms and access to 16+ liquidity providers that we are able to proposition a trailblazing FinTech payment infrastructure that simplifies our customer’s diverse business needs and reduce their costs. Your Role
As a Payment Solutions Analyst, you’ll ensure the smooth execution of mass payments for key
corporate clients while driving efficiencies and innovation in payment processes. You’ll work
closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support onboarding, retention, and the
growth of our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process mass payments for key clients with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support client onboarding and service delivery for new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and build strong client
    relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in payment operations.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism while representing Moneycorp.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in mass payments and FX dealing.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and customer focus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and analytic tools (Alteryx, Tableau).
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of APIs is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
  • Additional European languages (desirable).

Therefore, the ideal candidate should be a self-starter, as there is an opportunity to make an immediate and tangible contribution to the business. 

Please note:    This is a full-time, permanent position with an opportunity to work hybrid within the Payment Solutions team based in our London office.
