Who You Are / Your Next Challenge
The Onboarding Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new Financial Institution customers. This position requires close collaboration with various internal teams to maintain accurate records, resolve compliance queries, and support strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing client relationships and operational efficiency. In addition to internal responsibilities, the role is externally facing, requiring direct interaction with clients to ensure their onboarding experience is seamless.
- Assisting in the end-to-end onboarding process of new customers
- Maintain existing customer records CRM and Core Banking Platform records.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new Financial Institution customers into the Moneycorp Group
- Work with Compliance, Sales and Dealing to assist in completing annual account reviews
- Support on delivering client focused strategic initiatives involving the FIG team
What we’re looking for / Skills that will help you in the role
System and Other Administration
- Obtain onboarding documentation from Financial Institution prospects.
- Perform divisional miscellaneous administrative duties.
- Maintain and update relevant data in CRM and Core Banking Platforms.
- Ensure data input into CRM is clear and accurate.
Relationship Management
- Acting as a key point of contact for prospects during the onboarding journey
- Ensure all compliance queries are satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner
- Build relationships both internally and externally to ensure a customer centric onboarding journey
Provide Assistance to the FIG Team
- Act as a key point of contact for prospects during the onboarding journey.
- Resolve compliance queries in a timely manner.
- Build relationships internally and externally to ensure a customer-centric onboarding journey.
Operational
- Ensure prospect and client documentation is obtained in an accurate and compliant matter
- Support daily operations between the FIG team and clients both domestically and internationally
- Assist in investigating any enquiries
Compliance
- Remain compliant with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Maintain records of all partner and client contact, both written and verbal.
- Ensure client files and documentation meet company standards.
- Work closely with Compliance and Legal teams.
Person Specification
Skills and Competencies:
- High level of accuracy, well-organized, and articulate
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficient in Excel & Word
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships with people at varying levels of seniority
- Experience working in a regulated financial institution (desirable)
- Additional language skills (desirable)

This position is full-time, permanent. The role is expected to be office-based in London as part of the FIG sales Team. However, we have an agile flexible working policy which enables you to work up to 2 days from home if desired.
