Your Next Challenge
Moneycorp is seeking a Business Manager to support support the Global Head of Private Clients in the running of the UK Private Client business, along with project management of the Global Restore Programme including proactive engagement and coordination across the broader organisation to deliver the programme outcomes. Specifically, the role will be responsible for process, governance and control in the UKPC business, partnering with the Head of Front Office and with TTT and Group entities that deliver services to the business. This part of the role will initially be delivered through management of the Restore programme which, amongst other deliverables sets the framework for process governance and control. The role will also coordinate the delivery of such MI as is demanded to ensure effective delivery of the business objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Governance
- Review, map and optimisation of key processes
- Establishing the governance framework
- With GHPC Develop TOM for GPC and execute
Relationship management & projects
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to help ensure UKPC is well served by support functions and SLAs are adhered to
- Proactively manages UKPC upcoming deadlines to ensure we meet them in a timely manner
- Ad-hoc projects for the GHPC
- Consolidate and run actions for the GHPC with a comprehensive approach to objectives, projects, BAU, etc.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Previous experience in a large international organisation.
- Previous experience of managing teams
- Good knowledge of the UK financial regulations pertaining to retail clients
Skills:
- Proficient use of MS suite and project software
- Ability to produce slick, concise presentations for Executive and external stakeholder review.
- Strong analytic skills
- Decisive intellect, with ability to think independently and draw conclusions
- A team player who can work with stakeholder in other functions to achieve objectives
Education:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
Personal Attributes:
- Robust personality, happy with achieving progress towards agreed goals in uncertainty
- Experience running governance and large scale projects from Financial Institutions
- Entrepreneurial and ability to work in an agile fashion but also with discipline and structure
- Strong moral compass, puts store in integrity of behaviours
- Experience with running TOM projects
- Strong communications, especially written
